Great location near city center and beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Superb view of volcano and mountains. Nice courtyard and lounge area. Convenient parking facilities. Good value for the price. Close proximity to restaurant street and bus station. Basic but functional rooms.
There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance from the main street with many restaurants and shops, and also very close to the beautiful lake. the hotel also offers private parking facilities, which is very convenient. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and good service from the staff.
The breakfast was quite basic and not very filling.

This hotel had a key advantage for my business trip - it was conveniently located near both the city center and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made a big difference when arranging transportation to meetings. the spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a busy day.
The walls were a bit thin, so noise from outside and neighboring rooms could be heard at times. , while the breakfast offered some options, it was somewhat basic and could use some improvement.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with parking facilities. The hotel is close to the town center and also very close to the lake shore providing fine views of the volcano and mountains. The staff were friendly, providing helpful information and recommendations.
Can't fault this hotel in any way.
